Hotel Van Zandt - Austin, TX
Construction of the Hotel Van Zandt will commence the spring of 2009. The architecture of the modern 29 story hotel & restaurant is designed by Hornberger + Worstell of San Francisco. The hotel interior design is by Intra-Spec of Los Angeles. The restaurant design is by Puccini Group of San Francisco. Ohm Lighting will provide lighting design services for the building exterior, landscape, the hotel public areas & the restaurant.
