WaterView
The WaterView project is a twin tower building in Arlington, VA, on the Potomac River. The first tower will be exclusively office space and the second tower will offer the Hotel Palomar, a restaurant and twelve stories of condominiums. Pei Cobb Freed & Partners is the design architect, HKS is the architect of record, Cheryl Rowley Design is the hotel interior designer and the Puccini Restaurant Group is the restaurant designer. Ohm Lighting will provide the lighting design services for the business lobby, hotel interior, restaurant, exterior architectural and landscape.
